No, the camera is automatically deactivated at the start of a meeting and does not need to be turned on if you do not desire this.

This can have different causes: Your camera is initially switched off. Your consultant can only see you when you have enabled your camera. Depending on the browser and the end device, you have to share your video image in the browser. If you are using a mobile device, the use of the camera must not be prohibited in the browser settings of the smartphone/tablet.

Yes, online consulting can also be conducted with multiple participants. Address this matter to your consultant at the beginning of the meeting; she or he can add more participants

Yes, the consultant can give you the right to share the screen.
